I was with my younger cousin watching a TV show called iCarly and of course I was over analyzing it. To be honest I over analyzing everything.
As I started to get into the show the older brother was talking about how his date didn't go to well and he would end up alone forever or something along those words.
So the younger sister suggests he goes on a website called "whynotdateme.com"
Okay lets get this straight this younger sister (apparently she is in grade 9) tells her older brother (apparently 22 years old) to go on a website to find a girlfriend.
Then tells him what to say and look like on his video profile for the site.
I'm sorry but as an older cousin this upsets me! I'm not saying they need to censor everything BUT come on! Why should someone in grade 9 tell her older brother something like that!?
This hidden message is now going to be in my younger cousins minds (not to mention other kids) thinking "Hey, I want a boyfriend. I'm going to go online and find one"
Everyone is allowed to do as the please (allowing their kids to watch this nonsense) obviously, but I mean this is just leading to something that can be very dangerous! I hope kids are at least being explained what is good and bad about these things not to mention tons of other things going on in the world and on TV.
Wow 20 and already acting like a fool. *as she laughs to herself*
